REGEN: Hydraulic regenerative Energy System by Poclain Hydraulics
Another way to recover Cinetic energy in heavy vehicles using
hybrid technology by Poclain
Hydraulics.
It uses, 2 accumulators; one low
pressure and the other one is high pressure. The multifunction hydraulic
valve, electronic
control unit and Poclain hydraulic motors.
It is a super compact system. During the braking, the cinetic energy is transfered and stored into the high pressure
accumulator.
During the accelerating mode, the multifunction valve opens the path from the high pressure accumulator to the hydraulic motors to gain speed again.
