The very popular Injection Molding Machine powered by a Hydraulic System. Showing the 4 basic stages to inject the plastic inside the mold.
Each one of the steps needed to inject a piece made of plastic put very different demands into the hydraulic system.
Pressure and
flow are set according to the needs.
!. Clamping of the parts of the mold.
2. Injection of the melted plastic material into the mold.
3. Cooling of the piece just injected to make it solid.
4. Ejection of the still a little warm piece out of the mold.
