Compact Hydrostatic transmission

It shows a compact hydrostatic transmission working under all kind of situations. The red colored lines mean
fluid under
pressure and blue mean return.
The hydraulic
piston
pump (at the right side) is variable
displacement. The hydraulic
motor (at the left side) is variable displacement as well.
The change in
flow and speed can be seen in the gears as the
servo pistons of both units
stroke and destroke.
