Closed loop Servo Cylinder


They are independent units with 2 basic operational modes: 
slave Glossary Link control: precisely performs in real-time the motion closed loop control, according to external Glossary Link analog or fieldbus position reference signals 
motion cycle control: carries out a pre-programmed position/time motion cycle with closed loop control. The machine's electronic unit has just to provide digital commands (start/stop/switch-over) to synchronise the servoactuator to the overall machine working cycle. 

A position/ Glossary Link force function is now available thanks to the development of new algorithms combining force and position controls. 

In this enhanced configuration a single device can manage both the dynamic motion and the force control phases of any electrohydraulic axis. The axis controller automatically defines which control is active time by time, according to the position, Glossary Link pressure or load cell transducers feedback. 

Atos original software, featuring intuitive and powerful graphic interface, allows to easily set and program the servoactuators in order to obtain best performances, improved diagnostics and customised motion profiles according to specific applications requirements.

 

Hydraulic Servo-Cylinder Network

- low Glossary Link friction servocylinder, with integral position and force transducers: to allows accurate movements with no stick-slip phenomena coupled and with high translation speeds.

 

Hydraulic Servo-Proportional valve


- high performance servoproportional Glossary Link valve equipped with on-board electronics: to ensure best hydraulic regulation and fail safe features


- integral digital driver and axis controller: just designed for electrohydraulics motion control, to improve performances thanks to new specifically developed algorithms.


Digital servoactuators introduce a new automation architecture based on distributed intelligence and fieldbus interfacing for direct integration into existing communication networks: CANopen or PROFIBUS-DP.
