The Hydraulic
Directional Valve is the component of a Hydraulic System that diverts or changes the direction of the
Flow for different purposes. Every time that this
valve changes its State, the flow changes the direction changing the flow paths internally. Directional valves can have Two, Three or more Positions or States and Three, four or more internal Flow Paths. The most common application is to
control Hydraulic Actuators to change rotational or
linear motion direction.
