Quartz-Based High-Pressure Sensor operates to 87,000 psi.

To meet high-pressure measurement demands, Type 6215 incorporates quartz crystal sensing element and front sealed diaphragm in stainless steel housing. Technology allows for low mechanical and thermal stresses on sensor, with no mounting gap and minimized surface pressure within sealing part. Aforementioned traits lend to extended service life and measurement stability as well as precision measurement repeatability. Sensitivity is -0.1 pC/psi with natural frequency of greater than 240 kHz.
