Employing TMR (Tunneling Magnetoresistance) technology, MMS103H and MMS105H are intended for use in battery-powered smart flow meters, including water, heat, and gas types, and feature frequency response up to 100 kHz and supply current as low as 5 µA. Bipolar sensors with CMOS digital latching output have operate and release points at ±30 Gauss (MMS103H) and ±50 Gauss (MMS105H) and exhibit temperature stability from -40 to 125°C.
